Anna – thank you – your help has been most appreciated, and I realise I have been very annoying along the way – hopefully only in a pleasant manner – I think we all expected it to sail through in a matter of weeks, much as the last one did, some years ago. I realise that Allfreight hasn’t helped at all – something we didn’t anticipate.
However, we can now see light at the end of the tunnel – quite honestly I really don’t know how you go through this on a daily basis – you obviously love your job.

My precious goods collected from 17 years in Japan, arrived in Australia in early December 2012, with another Sydney based removalist contracted to bring these items to us. Unfortunately, they didn’t do what they were paid for, and Hellas Europe was dumped with this responsibility.

In came Anna and Hellas Europe to the rescue. Emailing me at 2am to try and sort out a problem that she didn’t cause. Polite, very helpful, and really appreciated by myself and my Japanese wife....who fortunately is talking to me again now, after Hella’s help.

Our goods arrived when Anna said, all items were handled with care and nothing missing or broken. A big thank you to Anna and Hellas.
